The aim of the Finnish Corporate Governance Code 2010 is to promote a high standard of corporate governance amongst Finnish listed companies. The Code's objective is to harmonise the practices of the listed companies and the information made available for the shareholders and other investors. A further target is to improve the transparency of administration and the policies of the companies.
